what drives us, how we think, what motivates us, and how we grow. This curiosity led me to complete a BA in Humanities, majoring in Psychology, Politics, and History, and it continues to shape the way I work with clients today. I love supporting people as they move through obstacles, get unstuck, and discover possibilities they may not have seen before. Helping others gain clarity and move forward in alignment with who they truly are is what drives me in my work as a coach.
Life has been a colourful journey, filled with unexpected turns, challenges, and moments of growth. Through these experiences, both personal and professional, I've become comfortable holding space for many different conversations and life topics. Nothing is "too much" or "off-limits" in coaching. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel free to explore what's really going on for them, and from a young age, I learned the power of choice and how aligned decisions can shape the direction of a life.
Being active and enjoying sport has always been an important part of my life, and I bring that same energy, focus, and momentum to my coaching. I enjoy helping people set goals, recognise progress, and build confidence — not through pressure, but through clarity and self-trust.
I'm an entrepreneur at heart and have both started and closed businesses along the way. Those experiences taught me a great deal about risk, resilience, and continuing forward even when the path isn't clear. I've also spent several years in education, which deepened my understanding of how people learn, develop, and thrive when they feel supported rather than judged.
I'm currently in the final stages of my research toward a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Coaching, where I continue to deepen my understanding of change, self-awareness, and the coaching process. This learning, combined with lived experience, allows me to offer coaching that is grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely human.
At the heart of my work is a belief that people flourish in the right environment. In coaching, I aim to create a space that feels safe, relaxed, and energising — where you can pause, reflect, explore new perspectives, and take meaningful steps forward.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy travelling, staying active, and approaching life with curiosity. I also love doing life with my wife. Living fully and intentionally matters deeply to me, and I bring that same presence and care into my work with others.
For me, coaching is about helping you move forward — whether you're feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or ready to create a life that feels more aligned with who you are. If you're curious about what's possible, I'd love to connect and explore how we might work together.
